University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics--consistently ranked among America's best hospitals--annually records over 740,000 clinic visits, including off-site clinical outreach and UI Community Medical Services Inc. clinic sites.

During the past fiscal year, medical care was provided to more than 559,000 Iowans from all 99 counties, more than 43,000 patients from Illinois, nearly 9,000 patients from other states, and 166 patients from other nations. Pediatric services are provided through University of Iowa Children's Hospital, an advanced pediatric facility within UI Hospitals and Clinics.
