Central City, Iowa, sixth-grader Justin Hinton received fourth degree burns over 40 percent of his body in an accident in June 2001. "I thought it would be a long time before things were back to normal," says Justin.

But thanks to the help he received from the team at Children's Miracle Network and the Children's Hospital of Iowa, Just has fully recovered. he underwent three weeks of skin grafting treatment under the care of UI burn unit physician Gerald Kealey, MD The burn marks that once covered his arms, legs, and face have disappeared and he is once again living the life of a normal 13 year-old.
