Patients and Families

Facing a serious and potentially life-threatening illness may create a great deal of stress and apprehension for you, as well as your family and friends.

Recognizing that the source of most fear is the unknown, our staff of physicians, nurses, and physician assistants, is dedicated to providing you with information necessary to help you understand all that is involved in stem cell transplantation.

Our staff will guide you and your family through hospitalization and your return to home and job. We ask that you participate in the development of a plan for your care and help us carry out those plans. It is important that you give us continuous feedback on your physical and emotional well-being. Motivation and a positive attitude from both you and our staff are important factors that help reach the mutual goal of a successful transplant.
