Urologic Cancer Patients

Using a multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment, UI surgeons, urologists, and radiologists offer both new and time-proven cancer treatment services for cancers of the prostate, bladder, penis, testes, and kidneys.

Ultrasonography, prostate needle biopsy, cystoscopy, and selected radiographic studies are available during your initial evaluation. Laparoscopic lymph node removal, gold seed brachytherapy, and nerve sparing surgery for the preservation of fertility and potency are a few of the services available.

All cancer treatments are coordinated between the Department of Urology and the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
