Testicular Cancer Symptoms

Some men with testicular cancer have no symptoms and the cancer is found during medical tests for other conditions. In about 90 percent of testicular cancer cases,
men find a lump on a testicle or notice the testicle is swollen or larger. The lump may or may not cause pain.
Symptoms include:
- A lump in either testicle
- An enlarged testicle
- A feeling of heaviness in the scrotum
- A dull ache in the lower abdomen or groin
- A sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum
- Pain or discomfort in a testicle or in the scrotum
- Enlargement or tenderness of the breasts
