Breast Care Program

Breast cancer will strike one of every eight women during their lifetime. The Breast Center was formed as a response to the need to provide greater access and enhanced services to clients who have or may have breast disease.

The Breast Center takes a team approach to breast care. Clients, both women and men, may initially be seen in the mammography suite or in the Cancer Center. Surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, nurses and technicians work together to provide clients with rapid answers to their breast disease concerns.

A breast care coordinator works with all services involved in the clients care to provide education, assist with scheduling appointments and provide follow-up.

For questions or concerns contact Jean Arndt, RN, breast care coordinator at 319-384-7931.
