The symptoms of parathyroid cancer often are due to an elevated blood calcium level. These can be:

  • Fatigue
  • Nausea, vomiting
  • Muscle weakness
  • Kidney stones
  • Osteoporosis
  • Peptic ulcer
  • Pancreatitis
