What if I Have to Miss a Session?
Contact our office at 319-356-4652 or e-mail Patricia Lounsbury at patricia-lounsbury@uiowa.edu and let us know. If you plan to miss several sessions
due to illness or travel, let us know in case arrangements need to be
made with insurance or physician management of your program. Our
program is limited in the number of participants we can accomodate at
any given time. Therefore, if you are scheduled but do not attend,
nor call to cancel for three consecutive appointments, it will be
necessary to release you as a participant. So, be sure to call us if
you need to cancel.
