Storyboard

Definition/Purpose:  A graphical or pictorial record of the performance improvement project.  Used in the Control Phase to communicate findings and outcomes from the project.  Often used as presentation material or as a poster board display. 

Storyboard Tips

      • Keep text brief      
      • Use a lot of graphics
      • Make sure graphics effectively communicate their message

Instructions:

To use as a template, please click on the attachment below and use the ‘file menu’ and ‘save as option’.     

  • Complete the template. 
  • Insert graphs and text as appropriate.  Items listed in the template are suggested, not required.
