Responsibilities:

• Assists the Director of CQSPI in policy development, planning, and administration of activities of CQSPI in support of UIHC quality objectives
• Assists in the development, implementation and measurement of effectiveness of clinical resource management initiatives
• Recommends, plans and assists in the implementation of new programs and initiatives within CQSPI
• Administers all departmental fiscal activities
• Administers personnel functions and acts as HR representative for CQSPI staff
