 CQSPI Report Directory Page

This resource is for use by authorized University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics users only. Access to this resource is monitored and recorded. Individuals using or attempting to use this resource without proper authorization are subject to criminal or civil prosecution.

Directions:

  1. Select "Quarterly Reports" or "UIHC Aggregate Reports."   When the "Enter Network Password" box appears, enter your UIHC domain and login name (for example: healthcare\jonesr). Enter your UIHC network password in the password box.
  2. After successful login you will see a page with choices based on your profile. Your access profile is set according to the current report distribution. Contact Michael Puffett  with questions about access profiles (peter-tucker@uiowa.edu).
  3. Select the report you are interested in viewing by scrolling down and single-clicking the name of the location.  If you want to look at more than one unit, hold down the Ctrl key and click on other units.
  4. Select a Quarterly or UIHC Aggregate Report by single-clicking the circle next to the desired option.
  5. Single-click on "View Report" at the top or the bottom of the page to open the report.  To return to the home page, use the Back button on the top toolbar.
  6. To view a different report, select the "Reset" button and then choose the new location.
  7. NOTE: These reports have been designed to be viewed with a display resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. You may need to adjust your display resolution or close the tree view along the left side of the screen. Check with your IT support personnel if you have questions.
  8. To print reports, select the Print Icon from the report viewer toolbar. If you select print from the Internet Explorer toolbar, only a blank page will print. 
  9. Questions/Concerns? Someone will be available to handle your concern via the phone from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. After hours and on weekends, please e-mail your concern. We do not offer on-site support to your home.
