Congratulations to Amber Shaffer for being the design winner for the high school/junior high T-shirt design contest for the second year in a row. Amber’s design represents the importance of donating blood and the difference one can make with this life saving gesture.

Amber will be a freshman at City High this year and has been drawing since she was 3 years old. When she was in third grade, Amber had one of her drawings chosen to be represented in the Iowa State Bank and Trust Calendar. Amber has a great interest in Art and especially Drawing Manga.  Her talent is apparent in her wonderful design. Great job Amber!!
