This year the University of Iowa DeGowin Blood Center is excited to announce that they will be giving away an X-Box 360 and Guitar Hero Package* to one lucky blood donor each semester who donates blood with the DeGowin Blood Center at one of the University of Iowa residence hall blood drives this academic year.
What do you have to do to enter? It is simple. Donate blood with the DeGowin Blood Center at one of the UI residence hall blood drives and get your name in the drawing. Donate 2 times and get your name in twice.
The Guitar Hero promotion is only good at the UI residence hall blood drives. Other drives conducted by DeGowin throughout the campus are not eligible. The purpose of this promotion is to increase awareness for blood donation among the students in the dormitories. Make the incentive a fun and exciting prize! And bring the blood drive right to the student for a convenient place for them to donate.
The winner will be chosen following the last resident hall blood drive each semester, from a list of donors who presented to the residence hall blood drives. The winner will be notified by phone or email by December 12, 2007 for the first semester and May 1, 2008 for the second semester. The winner’s name will be posted on the DeGowin webpage following verification of their eligibility. Family members of the UI DeGowin Blood Center and UI Department of Pathology may not enter.

Slater: Tues. April 22: 2-6 pm
