Division of Endocrinology
University of Iowa Roy J and Lucille A Carver College of Medicine

Diabetes Clinical Research & Programs (DCRP), under the Endocrine Division, provides RN study coordination and research assistants to assist faculty with clinical research in diabetes, it’s complications, and associated conditions and questions.  Current research includes epidemiological and or interventional research in both type 1 and type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.  Investigators include both adult and pediatric specialists.  Support is provided from investigator driven research, industry sponsored, NIH  or VA support.

DCRP will assist with IRB submissions, study coordination from recruitment through completion.  An 800# is available for participants to call if interested, and a DCRP database is kept of those individuals wishing to remain on file for future research.
