Mission
Our primary mission is to establish UI Hospitals and Clinics as "Employer of Choice" by:
- Fostering open, frequent communications throughout all levels of the organization
- Assisting in the recruitment and retention of high-quality and productive staff members
- Evaluating and recommending methods for providing staff compensation that are competitive, equitable, and fiscally responsible
- Providing educational and training resources that advance personal and professional growth of staff members
- Promoting and supporting programs and activities designed to recognize and reward staff members for their employment contributions to University of Iowa Health Care
