There are many opportunities to thank staff members for their service
efforts, but nothing says "Thank you" more than a personal note of appreciation.
The I Care Thank You Note allows staff, supervisors, patients, and visitors
an opportunity to share their gratitude and recognize the service efforts
of UI Health Care staff members.
Individuals can send a personal note of thanks to a UI Health Care staff
member by filling in the blanks on the Thank You note and delivering or
mailing the note to the staff member's campus address.
The thank you notes can be used for any number of reasons, including:
- Recognizing a staff member who consistently performs his or her job
duties in an outstanding manner
- Thanking a co-worker for assistance with a special task or project
- Observing other actions that illustrate staff commitment and dedication
to service leadership within the organization.
The new thank you notes are located in the existing Above and Beyond
the Call of Duty plastic nomination forms displays in departments and
clinical areas throughout the building.
