Philosophy

The Integrated Call Center is a telehealth program that promotes University of Iowa Health Care and enhances access to the services and programs provided for:

• Patients
• Health care consumers in general
• Referrers/health care professionals

The Center's staff coordinates toll-free inbound and outbound telephone and electronic communications in order to improve the delivery of health care services and related activities.
