Seven Days a Week

The Integrated Call Center staff works around the clock to coordinate toll-free inbound and outbound telephone calls and e-mail communications to improve access to UI Hospitals and Clinics health care services and related activities for first-time patients.

The Call Center serves as a central resource by providing access to UI clinical services, faculty, and staff for patients, visitors, and referring health care professionals.

The Integrated Call Center also provides after-hours access for:
• UI Family Care locations
• UI HealthWorks
• Faculty and staff services

The Integrated Call Center is designed to help first-time patients access the various health care services at UI Hospitals and Clinics. Returning patients are urged to schedule follow-up appointments directly with the clinics or contact the UI Hospitals and Clinics operator at 319-356-1616.
