Emergency Medicine Residency Instructions for Applicants
Applicants must use the Electronic Resident Application Service (ERAS) to apply to the residency program. ERAS materials are available through you medical school. Applicants should use ERAS to submit the following documents:

Application should be submitted by the December 15th deadline. You will be notified when your application and supporting documents have arrived and your file is complete. Please call if you are unsure about the status of your application. Selected candidates will be invited for personal interviews. Interviews are held mid-October through January. Note: If you are a graduate of a medical school outside the United States or Canada, please be advised that you must have a valid ECFMG certificate, including CSA exam, at the time of application. Evidence of one year of clinical training in an ACGME approved training program is preferred. NRMP ERAS If you are interested in applying for a second year position, please contact the program coordinator about openings before you send application materials. Non ERAS applicants may apply with the downloadable pdf application. Applicants should submit the application to Hans House, MD with a CV and personal statement as electronic attachments.
