Instructions to Applicants

You may apply for the UI Geriatrics Fellowship through ERAS or request a paper application from the fellowship program coordinator.  Applicants will need to submit the following documents:

• Common Application Form
• Dean’s letter of recommendation
• Three letters of recommendation from clinical faculty
• Personal Statement
• Curriculum Vitae
• USMLE transcript

If you are a graduate of a medical school outside the United States or Canada you must include a copy of your EFCMG certificate with your application.

Applications are accepted from October - March.  Selected candidates will be invited for an interview day.  Candidates will be ranked on the basis of their qualifications including professional background, personal statement, CV, letters of recommendation, and interview.
