Dr. Pallone was born and raised in Virginia. He earned a B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Virginia and his medical degree at Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Medical school activities included Richmond Walk for Life, CARITAS (Congregations Around Richmond Involved to Assure Shelter for the homeless, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society volunteer.
