I was born and raised in Taiwan. I graduated from National Taiwan University where I majored in Economics and Chemistry. I earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Bioscience from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, before attending The Medical College of Ohio. I conducted biomedical research at Harvard Medical School. Now, I am honored and excited to be joining the Family Medicine Residency Program at The University of Iowa, a group that is dedicated to supporting and educating one another. I look forward to learning from each and every person I can: doctors, nurses, and, of course, patients! Outside of medicine, I love to spend time with my family, and, if possible, mountain biking, hiking, running, and anything else when I'm not inside a building.
