Research Instrumentation Program
"Advancing digital human modeling to accommodate vibration environments" Summary: This funded project involved obtaining money to buy shaker table for vibration research. Vibration exposure can have both positive and deleterious health effects, including effects on vestibular function.  A shaker table will be used to study the effect of vibration at various frequencies on humans to help develop digital human models. Role: co-PI Grant Number: 14757900

1 K01 AG022033-01 A1; Denburg (PI); 8/1/04-07/31/09
NIH NIA "Prefrontal Brain Structures, Aging, and Decision-Making"
Summary: Mentored Research Scientist Development Award investigating the hypothesis that some seemingly normal older personals (i.e. without overt neurological or psychiatric disease) have deficits in reasoning and decision-making, due to hypofunction in a neural system which includes the ventromedial prefrontal cortices.
Role: Consultant

NIA   Pierre Tariot (PI) 07/2005 – 06/2006
