Senior Research Projects

The senior research project is designed to provide residents exposure to methods of investigation in a mentored fashion. Projects are chosen by each resident early in the PG-3 year (or sooner), and developed in collaboration with a faculty mentor. The project is carried out through the PG-4 year and the completed work presented to the department prior to graduation. Projects may involve research, educational, or clinical process improvement topics. Wider presentation or publication of the work is encouraged, but not required. Recent projects include:
