Research Interests

• Investigating microglial evolution and activation in vivo, including evolution during early development and reactivity to focal laser-induced parenchymal injuries
• Investigating hemodynamic/hydrodynamic interactions as related to hydrocephalus including in vivo multiphoton imaging of the cerebral microvasculature and high-frequency, non-invasive, single-capillary flow pulsatility analysis
