All departmental policies related to Graduate Medical Education, including those on trainee selection, duty hours, supervision, evaluation, and advancement criteria, are uniform, and apply to both Neurosurgery residents and fellows. Therefore, all individual policies are considered “Resident/Fellow” policies.
