Dr. Catherine Bradley provides consultation and office evaluation for pelvic floor dysfunction, including:

• Urinary incontinence
• Voiding dysfunction
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Anal sphincter disruption
• Recurrent urinary tract infections
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Vesicovaginal fistulas and rectovaginal fistulas

Treatment recommendations may include:

• Behavioral therapy for urinary and fecal incontinence
• Specialized women's health physical therapy
• Urodynamic comprehensive bladder and pelvic floor testing studies if needed, including cystoscopy
• Pessary and incontinence device fitting services
• Urethral bulking agent injections
• Wide array of surgical therapies
• Nerve stimulation therapy for urge urinary incontinence

Initial consultation and all follow-up provided at the Quad Cities location. Most office procedures and surgery performed at the Iowa City location.
