Obstetric and gynecologic infectious diseases:

Evaluation of various modalities of therapy,

Evaluation of treatment modalities in patients with various vuluvar diseases

Pathophysiology of Candida albicans vulvovaginitis.

Current Projects:

The microecology of the female genital tract and host factors involved in colonization and disease.

Evaluation of the efficacy of various antimicrobial agents in the treatment of infectious diseases in obstetrics and gynecology.

Study of the colonization and pathogenesis of Candida albicans using classic and molecular biology techniques.
