Recommendations for Testing Adult Bilateral Cochlear Implant Patients
1. Sequential bilateral CI+CI removing one
2. Simultaneous bilateral CI+CI removing one
3. Unilateral CI who will be bilateral CI+CI in the future
a. Testing unilateral CI with a hearing aid (HA) on the opposite ear
b. Testing unilateral CI without a hearing aid (HA) on the opposite ear
4. Follow-up testing of bilateral CI+CI who were tested previously in the unilateral CI condition (as in number 3 above)
