- Bimonthly Morbidity and Mortality conference is an opportunity to reassess and learn from recent clinical experiences in the ICU
- Biweekly didactic lecture series provides ongoing review of a broad array of critical care topics required to advance clinical knowledge and prepare for the subspecialty boards—topics include all aspects of critical care from traumatic brain injury to repair and perioperative management of congenital heart disease to renal physiology and fluid management
- Weekly didactic fellow seminars provide opportunities to enhance professional development, explore research options and advance teaching skills.
- Structured mentoring of fellows by research mentors and by Pediatric Critical Care faculty enhances the training experience while monitoring career progress
