Medical Genetics Residency Program

Medical Genetics Program Description:
Year 2

Nine (9) months will be spent on clinical rotations, with 3 months for Elective Genetics Clinics, including: UIHC Retina / Inherited Eye Disease clinic, UIHC Craniofacial Clinic, UIHC Hereditary Hearing Loss Clinic, Developmental Endocrinology Clinic, and others as put forth in the following description.  There will be 3 months of inpatient consult service. 

A three-month block will be devoted to clinical or laboratory-based research activity.

The resident will have 3 weeks of paid vacation time.
