  • 100% of our graduated trainees have passed the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Subspecialty Board Examination.
  • Weekly conferences include division educational conference, division bone marrow transplant conference, and division clinical care conferences.
  • A wide variety of conferences are provided in association with specific rotations.
  • Our Scholarship Oversight Committee and individualized mentoring provide trainees with excellent and diverse research opportunities, clinical, translational, and basic.

The goal of our program is to prepare trainees for a career in academic pediatric hematology/oncology. Graduates of the program have taken positions with Yale, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Vanderbilt, Penn State-Geisinger, Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, University of Utah, and Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.
