- Antenatal renal abnormalities and Polycystic Kidney Disease
- Acute Kidney Injury and Critical Care Nephrology
- Extracorporeal therapies including; Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, hepatic support, therapeutic plasma exchange ECMO, Dialysis (Acute and Chronic)
- Rare renal diseases such as Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis (MPGN) and atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome
- Transplantation
Research Interests
- Basic Science interests: 1) The genetic and developmental biology aspects underlying kidney formation, 2) Congenital and Genetic urogenital abnormalities – more specifically Bilateral/Unilateral renal agenesis (Potter’s Syndrome) and congenital progressive hydronephrosis.
- Translational/Collaborative Interests: Transplantation and Renal biobanks, Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis (MPGN) and atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome
- Clinical Interests: member of the Prospective Pediatric Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Registry, NAPRTCS, Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Dialysis Quality Initiative (ADQI) and Acute Kidney Injury Network (AKIN).
