Dewi Abramoff received her medical degree from The University of Amsterdam in 1994 and did her Psychiatry Residency in the Netherlands. She then worked in Amsterdam doing inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatry for an inner city population. She came to Iowa City in 2003 with her husband.
