Michael Gummow received a B.A. in Business from the University of Minnesota in 1988 and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in 2004. He completed the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship in 2008 and is now finishing the last year of his general psychiatry residency.

Jen McWilliams received a B.A. in English from the University of Nebraska in 1996. After working as a technical writer at a large corporation for four years, she entered medical school and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 2004. She completed the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship in 2008 and is now finishing the last year of her general psychiatry residency.
