Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Residency Program Application Information
Applicants to the University if Iowa Child and Adolescent Psychiatry residency program have typically completed three years of a general adult psychiatry residency training program. To apply, residents must submit the following information.
- University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Residency-Fellowship Application form
- Medical school transcript USMLE transcript, Steps 1, 2, and 3, if applicable
- ECFMG certificate, if applicable
- Curriculum Vita Personal statement
- Photo
- Four letters of reference
- One from the office of the dean of the medical school you graduated from (i.e.: a Dean’s Letter)
- One from your previous training director, including a list of completed rotations
- One each from two individuals best qualified to report on your qualifications
