Dual Diagnosis Partial Hospitalization Program
This program has been developed to care for individuals who have either a medical or mental illness in combination with an addiction. Individuals participate in structured therapy programs during the day and spend nights at home. Our professional staff develops an individualized treatment plan that includes both group and individual counseling and medication management. Services are designed to help individuals readjust to community life and/or move into less structured outpatient programs. The program meets five days a week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Individuals with addiction have the option of receiving treatment in an evening outpatient setting while maintaining a job and living at home. This program is designed to aggressively address addiction issues while allowing the individual to continue the tasks of daily living. The program meets three evenings a week from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and offers individualized treatment plans involving participation in group, family and individual therapy.
Extended Outpatient Program
Services include comprehensive evaluation (including OWI evaluations), group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy and pharmacotherapy. Focus of therapy is on addiction problems, relapse prevention and coping skills. Patients learn about the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of addictive behaviors.
