Radiation Oncologists


Radiation oncologists staff are trained and board certified by the American Board of Radiology, but have differing areas of practice emphasis.

Carryn Anderson, MD

John M. Buatti, MD

Professor and Head of the Department of Radiation Oncology, his expertise focuses on stereotactic radiosurgery with his clinic emphasis on Central Nervous System, pediatric, and head and neck cancers.

Sudershan Bhatia, MD, MPH, PhD

His areas of emphasis include thoracic and gastrointestinal malignancy and brachytherapy.

Mark W. Dion, MD

He currently maintains the Clinton patient outreach.

Anjali K. Gupta, MD

Her areas of emphasis include head and neck cancer as well as translational research.

Geraldine Jacobson, MD, MPH

Her clinical emphasis focuses on gynecological and breast cancers.

William McGinnis, MD

Mark C. Smith, MD

His areas of emphasis include stereotactic radiosurgery with a clinical focus on Central Nervous System and prostate/genitourinary cancer. He is also the Residency Program Director.
