Medications

Your radiation oncologist will review your current medications. Most medications can normally be continued throughout the course of radiation. Any additional medications will be prescribed as they are needed.

If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must not become pregnant while you are receiving radiotherapy. Please discuss birth control methods with your radiation oncologist. If you should become pregnant, you must tell your radiation oncologist immediately.
