Additional Departmental Benefits
- 15 days vacation plus an additional 15 days of academic/personal leave per year designated for national conferences, research, interviews, board preparation, etc.
- Examination fee for the American Board of Radiology through the end of residency
- Each resident is given the following library upon their arrival:
- Devita: Cancer - Principles & Practice of Oncology 7th edition (single volume)
- A Radiation Oncology textbook of the resident’s choice (Leibel, Gunderson, or Perez)
- Hall: Radiobiology for the Radiologist 6th edition
- Khan: The Physics of Radiation Therapy 3rd edition
- The AJCC Cancer Staging Manual 6th edition
- $250 per year to purchase books or computer software pertaining to Radiation Oncology in residency years 2, 3, and 4
