To get to our new clinic, take Elevator A to the third floor.

Our former clinic at 3 Carver Pavilion, will undergo a major remodel in order to accommodate our rapidly expanding clinical activities and increased patient appointments and procedures. We anticipate the remodeling to be completed in late 2008.

All department contact information, including appointment scheduling phone numbers, will remain the same during our relocation.
