Nursing positions are available both in the Department of Nursing and in other departments within UI Hospitals and Clinics. You may look through a current list of Department of Nursing Positions Available to find areas of interest, however all of the Staff Nurse positions you see on that page will be applied for through a single Staff Nurse job posting listed on the Jobs@UIOWA site.To locate and apply for one of our Staff Nurse positions:
- Go to the Search for Jobs page on the Jobs@UIOWA site.
- Scroll down the page and enter 'Staff Nurse' in the Job Title field and 'University Hospitals' in the Hiring Organization field.
- Look for the Staff Nurse posting located in the Nursing Service Department. After you have 'tagged' your application to our Staff Nurse posting, your application will come directly to our office where we will process your application and contact you directly. At that time we can discuss specific areas of interest.
