Iowa Spine Research and Rehabilitation Center

Unit Description: 5 exam rooms, 1 patient education room. The Center is a part of the Orthopaedic Department.

Patient Populations: Adult patients with acute and chronic cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine conditions.

Unit Information:

  • Clinic nurses provide patient education in relation to diagnostic tests, pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as a resource for spine related questions.
  • Multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive evaluation/treatment of patients with chronic back pain.
