Nancy Kraft, RD, LD, a University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics dietitian, works in the Clifton Center for Digestive Diseases and the Clinical Cancer Center.
She completed her undergraduate education in nutrition at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois, graduated suma cum laude, and fulfilled internship requirements at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
She helped develop the diet for Dietary Fructose Intolerance program, a developing area of expertise for UI Hospitals and Clinics, and coordinate a support group for that patient population.
She is an integral part of both the bariatric surgery team and the weight maintenance clinic team, and a nutrition counselor for the digestive disease, cancer, urology, and rheumatology clinics.
