All UI Hospitals and Clinics patients can contact a patient representative to discuss concerns or needs of patients or family members.

UI patient representatives in the Office of Patient Relations act as liaisons between patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff members, answering questions about hospital policies and procedures, helping with problem solving, and providing information about hospital and community services.
