Evaluation of Cognitive and
Daily Living Skills

Helps determine amount of support, supervision, and assistance a person will need upon discharge from the hospital. Recommendations are based on clinical observation, the Allen Cognitive Level Evaluation, and cognitive performance tests. Patients are asked to do a variety of tasks to assess short-term memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills.
