Health Care Benefits Assistance Program (HCBAP)
Goal of program:
To assist patients and families to acquire insurance benefits by:
- Providing Information and Assistance in Completing Applications for Medicaid, Social Security Disability, and Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Assisting, Clarifying and Coordinating Benefits with Social Security and the Department of Human Services
- Assisting with Appeals of Decisions Made By Social Security and the Department of Human Services
