Pharmaceutical Medication
Assistance Program

Goal of program: To obtain medications from pharmaceutical companies at little or no cost for qualified UI Hospitals and Clinics patients.

Criteria for referral: Patients who do not have adequate prescription drug coverage and are receiving their medications at UI Hospitals and Clinics’s pharmacy.
