• A graduate degree in theology from an accredited Seminary, School of Theology or Religion.
  Equivalencies will be considered based on vocational/life experience and education.
• Ordination (or the equivalent) by a recognized religious organization.
• Three years of experience as a clergy, professed religious, or spiritual care provider.
• One unit CPE.

Residents are accepted upon the basis of their commitment to ministry, demonstrated interest and ability in personal and professional growth, and upon their ability to serve as spiritual care providers in a large medial complex.
