Supervisory Clinical Pastoral Education

Supervisory Clilnical Pastoral Education (CPE) is education for professional developmental that includes knowledge, skill, identity and authority.

In Supervisory CPE the focus is learning to supervise participants in programs of CPE. It is education about a specific educational method, for purpose of the develop of skills in applying its techniques, for the formation of a professional identity as a CPE Supervisor, and for developing the confidence in using ones role authoritatively.
